Click the "Add to Slack" button on our homepage or install directly from the Slack App Directory. You'll need to be a Slack workspace admin to authorize the installation. Once installed, SnackSync will be available to all members of your workspace.

SnackSync requests the minimum permissions necessary: the ability to receive slash commands, post messages in channels, and access basic workspace member profiles. We never read your private messages or access channels we're not invited to.

Once you've reviewed and approved snack requests on the dashboard, you can generate an Instacart order with one click. SnackSync finds real products on Instacart matching each request and builds a cart for you. You complete the checkout on Instacart's site.

Yes! You can uninstall SnackSync at any time from your Slack workspace settings under "Manage Apps." Once uninstalled, we'll delete all your workspace data within 30 days. You can also contact us to request immediate deletion.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We store the minimum data necessary to provide the service. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
